Pen Bridge Report:- The students of Brahmanbaria Polytechnic Institute made an agitation programme wearing shroud protesting the dramatic attack on the students of Cumilla Polytechnic Institute yesterday.
The students brought out an agitation procession from Islampur area under Bijoynagar upazila. The procession paraded the main roads of Islampur on Dhaka-Sylhet Highway.
Later, they arranged a protest gathering on the road side.
Technical students movement, Bangladesh central representative Md. Jamil Ahmed Siam, Md. Sagar and Ehsan Elahi Ratul addressed the programme.
During that time the students of Brahmanbaria Polytechnic Institute were present to show agitation pointing out 6 point demands.
It is to be mentioned that the Polytechnic students have been on the road with their 6 point demand for long time. With assurance of their demand execution the administration has played a dramatic trick with the students, they said.
They also said that their demand is to be executed on the street not in AC room meeting.
